Enhancement Ideas

I am checking in to see if you have any plans to enhance the product to allow for signature capture using Topaz tablets during the in person signing process.  We have a lot of customers that already have Topaz tablets and they would like to use OneSpan as their in person signing solution.  They do not want to purchase and manage tablets to facilitate in-person signing.  Please let me know if this is already an enhancement request and if there are any discussions or plans to support Topaz in the future.

Right now there's the option to update transactions to replace a signer either manually after checking transaction reports or using API https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/feature-guides/developer/adding-updating-and-removing-signers

For scenarios where a certain user needs to be replaced on all transactions, these options can be time-consuming / involve a lot of manual work. It would be helpful if there was a utility to select a signer and mass-replace them with a new signer

There are times where we want to merge the signing date but do not just want the tag to result in a blank space in the document. Docusign and other e-signature providers will pre-populate the current date when the signing ceremony is opened. This give flexibility to place the signing date into the language of the document without the confusion that the blank space leads to when using OneSpan. We lean on OneSpan to handle the emails that go out inviting, reminding, etc. on most business processes today.  While there will eventually come a time where we may shift to sending the emails ourselves, that is not possible today for all use cases.  We like the way your system allows the customization it does, and our business partners enjoy the "free" communications capabilities to the customers.

Our customer has a document in which he must put his initials on the bottom of each page.  Each time he clicks to sign , he must click on the next button to go to the next signature.  We were prevoulsly using docusign and in docusign , the page automatically scrolls to the next signature right after you sign. This is a nice feature we would like in OneSpan. 

Is there any talk about creating a Super account that can manage a number of Account Owner Accounts instead of having support move a user from one account to another as well have the admin for the account owner delegate access. 

Since we have a bulk Add, is there any possibility to create a Bulk Remove/Delete?

In our workflow, some signers may be in person and others remote on the same package. What we would like to be able to do is suppress the unnecessary email to in-person signers but have them sent to remote signers within the single package. While I know we could accomplish this by sending all emails in our code, we would prefer the product have this capability itself.

We suggest adding the ability to create custom attributes for a signer, as we can do for packages and documents. For our workflow, it is important that a signer have a role. We are currently storing these as document package attributes, but it is a bit cumbersome.

Received feedback from an office:
When a client receives the package and does not fill in all of the required information on the check list an error/warning appears that says "A radio is required and doesn't have a value".  I had a client respond and did not know what a radio was, this may be a confusing term to clients.  It might be helpful to change the wording to indicate that all responses must be completed before you can sign the document or a different reference than "radio".  Perhaps, "a response is required and doesn't have a value".
