It would be nice if there was a way for the document owner to view (read-only of course) the document exactly as the signer sees it. Our layout on the document is not visible to us, but is visible to the signer/customer. It would be really helpful to us (the package/document owner) to be able to view the document as the signer sees it. This way, we can support the signer by going over the document together. This option is available with other places, so it's not a too unusual feature. Thanks!
We're looking to help guide our customers through the signing process and it would be helpful if there was a mechanism that could help identify where they are as they transition from document to document. Specifically, we have an iFrame that contains the eSignLive signing session, and would like to be told when the signer is complete. The handover URL isn't quite sufficient for our needs, as we would like to take a more proactive approach rather than reactive.
It would be really great to have more/better callbacks during the customer signature process. For example, when the document is opened, when the customer Accepts the "Electronic Disclosures", etc... This way, we can contact the customer while they are reviewing the app and answer their questions. This is common on other electronic signature systems. :)
It would be a great feature to allow a signer to sign once for all fields they have to sign for in a document, rather than having them sign multiple times. For example, a parent who is the payer and has to sign for their child. As it currently stands, the parent would have to sign the document twice. With this enhancement, the user would only have to sign once, and the signature automatically populated in all places that signer would have to sign.
I would like to request an enhancement that would only allow a user that is defined as either an Owner or Manager to the "Save Layout" button. We have one area that creates and manages the Layouts for the documents we are utilizing for eSign. We are finding it is causing some pretty substantial issues for us when a Regular user saves a layout and continues to use it. Even greater issues when they actually share that incorrect Layout out with the other users on our system. Please let me know if you have any questions or need clarification on this request. Thank you. Carolyn L STCU
