Is there a way that once I convert a lead into contact that the packages stayed attached to the contact

Hello, I have a client who is wanting to confirm whether the below is supported: 1. When using the standard eSignLive buttons from a standard Salesforce object such as Contacts, I would like the attachment of the record to automatically appear as an attachment of the package to be sent. Can this occur without having to look it up or are there always more steps to getting the attachment included. 2. In the said attachment, is there a way to include eSignLive tags to automatically include signature lines, signature dates and so on?

Hi, I have client who is asking the following question: We generate quotes in Salesforce and would like the generated quote to be used as the document that must be signed by the customer. It is not obvious form your help files if and how this can be done. I thus want to use the quote document/pdf generated by Salesforce as the document that must be e-signed through your system. Where does the text in the EmailMessage field show up? 2. Is it part of one of the templates, or does it replace the templates? 3. Is HTML allowed in this field, or is it just plain-text? 4. Who is this E-mail sent to? 5.

I have a client who is trying to use a convention that has two Signer Labels within a template and but not able to specify a Signer Label to a placeholder. This is possible with the Salesforce connector. But, this looks like a bug Dynamics connector V2, please advise.

There is a customer who is currently troubleshooting a new button for a client of theirs that uses Silanis. The button initiates a new ESL document and is supposed to prepopulate some label and field values from Salesforce, but all the fields are coming in as blank. The customer has checked several times, and has this setup like all other buttons for their other documents.

I have included the eSignLive package related list on the Contact and Account detail pages in Salesforce connector for eSignLive! However, those detail pages are not showing any eSignLive activity – only the Opportunity. Is it possible to see that information on Contact/Account? Is it a configuration issue?

Can I have templates in eSignLive using the portal and then connect to SF and have all those templates available for my use. Or do I need to create all these templates once again using SF connector. Thanks, Sudhangi
