I receive eSignLive Callback failed emails sparingly, even though I receive the callback successfully.
|
We are running into an issue where we have a SSN field that we need the signer to fill out, and want validation on it. I have set the Format to the SSN setting in my PDF and it works as designed.
|
I am successfully getting my callback, and am then returning a 200. However with every package I complete I am still getting an email saying that the callback failed. Any idea why this would be?
|
Is it possible to download a completed package in a normal folder (not zipped)?
If not, can they be unzipped pragmatically after download?
Thanks
Jack

Is it possible to have an area on a form where the signer can free form draw?

Reply to: Field Injection From Template
Friday, March 9, 2018 at 09:08amIn moving forward I've run into a problem I can't seem to get around. I tried to run the code provided here: https://developer.esignlive.com/code-share/injecting-fields-net-sdk/ and got the same error below.. Any suggestions?
Could not send the package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/4BKr3LLkQWR0VozUkloOfSt7nX8=. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals","message":"Cannot send package without approvals.","code":400,"name":"Validation Error"}
Reply to: Signature Injection When Creating Document from PDF
Friday, June 1, 2018 at 03:46amThat worked great, thanks for your reply.
Now that I have my package being created successfully, I notice that all of my other fields on the PDF (except the injected fields and the signatures) are not appearing in the email to my signer. I have the enable extraction option on my document builder. What do I need to add in order to get the rest of my text fields?
Reply to: Signature Injection When Creating Document from PDF
Friday, June 1, 2018 at 06:36amI went ahead and updated my PDF field names and reversed the issue i mentioned in the previous post. So now my free form text fields all show and and I also have my signatures. However now my injected fields are not populating with their values
Any help is appreciated
Jack

Friday, June 1, 2018 at 06:59amEnded up getting it to work by not following the extraction rules for naming fields on my pdf only for the injected fields.
Reply to: Failed to Communicate with Callback Server email - but working fine
Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 05:43amI get the callback from onespan because I am subscribing to Package Complete notifications. I am getting those callbacks fine. My issue is that I am getting an email from onespan saying that the callback failed (even though it did not). Once I get the callback notification in my listener, I return a 200 back up to onespan.
