Is there any issue with Event Notifications in Sandbox today?

Hi Team,
Email failed to deliver to the Customer, but received EMAIL_BOUNCE event with message OOTO, which is incorrect in this case, it should send message as "BOUNCED" right?
Is there any way to update the name of the document?

what will be the signing status of both signers if we check with the following API's
Can I get the list of all callback events and there response body for the particular package ?

I need to get all callback events triggered for the particular package,

is there any way (from API or standalone account) so that I can see all callback events.

Hi Duo,

 

Yes, we are also using change signer option but we need to modify signer information functionality  also as business needs,

 

So How to avoid duplicate mail received by signer 1 if we update the signer 2 information and set package status back to SENT?

Thanks for the reply, 

Is there any way that I could pass/inject the value to the label field from payload JSON?,  So the value to the label field is dynamic.

 

And also can you explain how the following field injection is working

is that document has tags?

is there any restriction on the length of the mobile phone number?
 

As different countries around the world have different formats for their phone numbers. so how to handle this?
