Reply to: Programmatically Lock a Signer
Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 08:41amThanks Haris.
Is there a setting somewhere else, or another means to determine why we're not getting a callback event through our API when a signer becomes locked?
So, we found the "signer_locked" setting,. Then tested in in the Silanis Sandbox environment, and it works. That is we get a call through the API AND we get a signer locked email. Then we tested this setting within our on premise solution. We do get an email indicating the signer is locked. However we do not get notification for the callback event signer_locked when registered for that event with our callback url. This callbackurl listens to all events and creates a files with the event and package name.
We successfully received event notification for document_signed, package_active,signer_complete event BUT NOT FOR SIGNER_LOCKED event. This test was run on a new transaction, used Q & A authentication for a signer, and we purposely lock them with three incorrect answer responses.
Other callbacks are working such as document signed.

I appreciate your timely responses, and I'll get a ticket open with support.
Reply to: Configuring an SMS Service Provider for in the Platform core.properties
Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10:36amHi Harish,
Thanks for checking. I'm very interested in this.
Is there some way I can get more information on how this was configured within the on premise solution? Such as; would it be configure in the Platform Component via the core.properties, or we would still use the sms.provider resource that is in the Application Component layer, or both?
Thanks,
Todd

Did you happen to find the answer through Silanis support and be willing to share it here?

Reply to: yellow sticky note
Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 05:51amHi,
I also want to remove the yellow page flag, or yellow sticky from the signing ceremony documents. However, when I make the settings change in BackOffice to packageSettings resource it only removes the navigation point that is pointing to the yellow sticky. Is there another setting/parameter for the packageSettings resource in BackOffice?
Here's what my package.settings looks like v11.3.5/6.2:
{ "ceremony":{ "layout":{ "footer":null, "header":{ "breadcrumbs":false, "feedback":true, "globalActions":{ "confirm":true, "download":true,"hideEvidenceSummary":true, "saveAsLayout":true }, "globalNavigation":true, "sessionBar":false, "titleBar":{ "title":true, "progressBar":false } }, "iframe":false, "brandingBar":{ "logo":{ "src":"image_name", "link":"image_name" } }, "navigator":false }, "events":null, "style":null, "inPerson":true, "declineButton":true, "disableDownloadForUncompletedPackage":false, "disableFirstInPersonAffidavit":false, "disableInPersonAffidavit":false, "disableSecondInPersonAffidavit":false, "documentToolbarOptions":null, "handOver":{ "href":"https://www.google.com/", "text":"Exit to Google", "title":"Exit to Google" }, "hideCaptureText":true, "hideLanguageDropdown":false, "hidePackageOwnerInPerson":false, "hideWatermark":true, "maxAuthFailsAllowed":3, "optOutButton":true, "optOutReasons":[ "No Reason", "I prefer a paper contract", "I do not want to continue this transaction." ] } }
Thanks,

We have several package templates which we created with the New UI. Each of the templates has multiple documents assigned to them.

Hi,
If there are multiple documents to be signed, there is a yellow sticky note provided by eSignLive.

Hi,
I'd like to know where can I set this property?
1) Confirm button: Enable/Disable confirmation dialog after signing a document
2) Default Consent Document (TURN OFF)

From the UI perspective, it feels like "opting out", and "declining" are the same thing.
Can you please explain what is occurring behind the scenes in the application that makes these buttons differe

We'd like to configure an internal SMS Provider into our "on premise" eSignLive platform.
