We just started receiving this error in the sandbox environment when attempting to download signed pdfs. I don't believe anything has changed on our side for quite a while now. |
Did something with the last release change regarding the signed pdfs? We have an application that uses itext to merge all our signed pdfs together into one pdf and we flatten them as we do the mer |
I'm unable to remove a sender from our sandbox account. I'm able to log in as the account that i want removed and I've verified that there aren't any transactions. I've deleted them all and I don |
We're having some issues with hiding documents from some signers. It works for the most part, but we don't seem to be able to hide a document from a signer when they are also the sender of the pac |

Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 10:26amYeah, I can see the logic in forcing them to view everything. For our life insurance signing transactions we have many pdfs to be signed and several of them don't have any signatures for the agent (who is the sender) and in order to save time we want to hide the ones that the agent doesn't need to see. We're in the process of migrating to OneSpan from our current on premises install of eSep 4.8 which does allow us to hide any document from any signer. This probably isn't going to go over well with the agents who create a lot of transactions and are used to not seeing these extra documents.

Friday, May 21, 2021 at 10:49am1) It's happening in both US2 and US2 sandbox environments.
2) It seems to be all completed packages and it seems to have started when the latest release was rolled out to the respective environments.
3) Here is a production guid from US2 that we had the issue with and it seems to be all documents which had signatures. rBq_0q4yEpH6Y3TVEstH0flRtoo=

Using the Java SDK, is there a way to retrieve the HttpClient to add a connection request timeout (ie. for instances where OneSpan may possibly be down)?
Thanks!
