I have a couple of questions regarding this unauthorized access page. The error on this page is saying "your session may have expired".
|
I'm trying to load the classic Ui designer view in an iFrame. I have changed the way I'm creating the package to include a sender account.
|
I have downloaded the new SDK version 11 and installed it in my application. I have updated my api key to the new one I received when I created a new sandbox account.
|
I'm looking for information on the declined process. When a signer declines a document, what happens in the system? Does the signer status get updated or is this at a package level?
|
Is there a way to customize what the user sees under the fields and types options in the designer?

Friday, April 15, 2016 at 07:09amDoes this functionality exist in the .Net SDK or in the REST API? I need to do the same thing. I don't see a setIndex call. Also,is the document index 0 based or 1 based?
Thanks

Thanks

Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 11:10amAlright, we can add senders to our account.
When I add a sender in code, can I set the status to active? That way they can be added to a package creation right away. We want this to be seamless and only interact with our website if possible.
Thanks

Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 11:41amSo, each email address we add needs to be verified via an email from e-Sign Live to be a sender in the system? Is there a way that we could send the authenticate email from our system with the verification link instead of yours? Or is there a way to white label the email being sent from e-Sign Live?
Thanks
Colleen

Say I add sender1's email address to the account as the sender. You're saying an email gets generated and sent to sender1's email address with a link. What happens when they click on that link? Does it make them sign into eSign Live? Does it just call some code to set the user to active? I'm trying to understand the process.
We really want our users to be able to use the design view without knowing that they are in eSign Live. How can I make that happen?
Thank you,
Colleen

Hello,
I want to download document which is attached to package. I have package Id.
String response = sdk.createPackage(pkg,blobMap);
This above function is returning me package id.

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to change the "Clear All" message.
