We are trying to add signers to the package that was already sent through the API and keep getting the following exception: com.silanis.esl.sdk.internal.EslServerException: Could not add signer.
How would I find out if a signer has signed/opted out/declined using the .net API?
I see in your .net SDK documentation that you can setup the push notifications by running this code: eslClient.EventNotificationService.Register(EventNotificationConfigBuilder.NewEventNotificationConf

Hello Donovan, This is a popular question coming from our Canadian users. First thing to look for is that you are accessing https://apps.e-signlive.ca/login and not https://apps.e-signlive.com/login. Because they are two different instances, the print driver defaults to the US site. There is, however, a quick solution for this. Please email our support team at [email protected] and request the Canadian print driver file. Once received, run the file and perform a test.

Hello Darin, This is a great question! Once the package is sent, the sender still has the ability to modify it. You simply need to go into your package from the inbox and click on "Edit" to either modify the signer or certain fields on the document. Once this is done, your package will appear in the Draft folder. Do not forget to press the Send button otherwise your signers will not have access to the package. It is important to keep in mind that if the signer started the signing process, you are no longer permitted to make changes. Hope this helps!

Yes, this is possible. You will need to access the package from the Inbox and select the "Edit" option at the top right. Your package will then appear in the Draft folder. After performing the required changes on the document, do not forget to click the green Send button at the top right.

Hello, ESL operates under the GMT time zone. Currently, there is no way to modify this from the account level or our Support team. Thank you

Hi, Does the default "Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent" is available in other languages?

What is the blue swirl watermark (image attached), next to the signature, on a signed document? Is there a way I can remove this or replace it with my own image? Thanks, -K
