Hi,
I'm looking for a way to add signatures to multiple documents in package in one API call instead of having to make separate calls for each individual document.

Hi,
Is there a way to just update the registered callback events for an account without having to update that account's callback url and key as well?

Friday, September 23, 2016 at 09:55amThanks!
We are attempting to remove the documents they signed on and then remove them from the package, but for us it's possible for other signers to have signed those documents first, so we're unable to remove those documents from the package since, as you mentioned, we're unable to modify a document in the package that has been partially signed already. I'm not sure if I'm missing something here, but a simple test would be very helpful!
Thanks,
Mitch

Has there been any update to this regarding if this is a known issue or not, or if you received the same result using the Java SDK?
Thanks,

Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 04:26amHey Michael,
Thanks for the follow up. I have been testing this with declined packages instead of opt-out, not sure if the makes a difference, but I seems to be getting the same error as you stating that the document could not be deleted from the package:
com.silanis.esl.sdk.internal.EslServerException: Could not delete document from package. Exception: HTTP DELETE on URI https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/mHXZnIgF1KEI-3Ps-FtRCEBaX6k=/documents/cc9566e052f8dbb9 resulted in response with status code: [500, Internal Server Error]. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.internal.default","technical":"[#485420ca-8bb3-438a-963c-ccc50708f213]","code":500,"message":"Unexpected Error. Our technical staff have been notified and will look into the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.","name":"Unhandled Server Error"}
Thanks for all the help!
-Mitch

Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 08:47amHey Haris,
Thanks for the info, is there a plan add this to the sdk in the future or has this been left out intentionally? The REST call should provide us with a workaround for the time being, but ideally we'd like all of our eSignLive calls to go through the sdk.
Thanks,
-Mitch
