Got a notification that OSS-US-PROD-2 will be upgrading OS during a 3 hour window and it made me realize I do not have enough knowledge about the OneSpan production environment to know |

Recently we noticed the signatures on our documents no longer include the watermark and printed name. One example package is wGpuybDPEhS1c21qL4F_uCSi0WI= |
One of your competitors offers something they call a 'document markup feature' that allows signers to make changes to documents and negotiate changes during the signing process. |

Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 12:26pmThanks. I also want to point out that the quick-start guide here https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/quick-start-guides/developer/creating-and-sending-package has a link to source code that gives a 404 here: https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/simple-create-send-package-java-sdk/
I really appreciate the availability of the documentation but it seems to need a little upkeep.

It is my hope that our client will allow us to capture one signature and apply it to multiple documents within a session using click-to-sign. #1 sounds like what we need. Is there a Java example or specific docs you can point me to so I can investigate? Thanks

Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 03:05pmIs there a way to push a signature image to the system thru the Java API? Above it says 'push it into the transaction metadata, via an integration' and I also see the SignatureImageService that allows us to download an image file for a signer, but I dont see how to get the signature image into the system in the first place using the Java API. If there was a Java example for this it would be very helpful.
