Hello,

I am trying to hide the left menu showing the documents as you can see my attached pic. but can not do it using the OneSpan Dll 11.43.

Can you please help me?

We used to see the Navigator option while signing the document but now it is now showing in SandBox!!

Signer Email Characters Limit
Hello, What is the limit for the signer email field. When we are using email more than 50 characters, we are getting an error. Thanks, Nehme

Hello, When i use your example, I am getting this message while trying to sign the document ("Warning, the form is incomplete")?? Why? What is wrong? Thanks

Hello, Thanks for your reply. The issue was simple, I just went for each field in the templates UI and click settings for it and click save. This solve my problem. Thanks :)

Hello, Thanks for your fast answer. Based on the guide you sent me, it was mentioned that your document package must be in SENT status. But I want to send the signin url from the c# code while calling the api. I do not want the users to get email from esignlive. Thanks
