Hi,
We are integrating esign with Salesforce. When we create a package, the owner of the eSign Live becomes the sender of the package.

Hi,
We are a use case where we need to merge fields from related contact object into the document before sending it for signing. It was possible using conventions by adding a field mapping.

Reply to: Add Signed OneSpan Document to another package
Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 04:11amHi Duo,
Thank you for your answer.
The problem is that we do not know which internal employees will be signing the document later. This will be done when the requirement arises. Is there a workaround this?
Regards,
Ranjan

Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 02:57amHi Duo,
Last Question,
How long will be a package available if it is not completed? Our scenario is to use the document over multiple internal employees for multiple time period, so there will always be a signer that will not sign the document according to your proposed solution.
Regards,
Ranjan
