Shared template

Hello, I've shared my template, but I still can't see the newly created template in my sub-account's dashboard. Any ideas on this? Thanks!

Hi PeteyCruiser, Welcome to OneSpan Sign! If you meant that shared templates are not shown in other member's web portal, it's an expected behavior. Instead, the shared templates appear at the "Use Template" drop-down list as the attachment shows, and it also indicates the owner of the template. The reason for this is, only template owner can see it in the Template Tab so that only him/her can modify the template, while all other members can apply the designed templates when package creation. Thanks for your post! You may want to give the "Template & Layout Copy Tool - Java version" an attempt which is an integrated tool and is able to copy templates and layouts within or across accounts. You can also refer to my blog for more detailed information.
