I keep getting the attached error message. When I wait and restart it's usually okay but it's painful that I can only do about 40 - 50 users at one time.

Hi Lori,
From the error message, it looks like a proxy related issue. Have you got the chance to try the Java version bulk add sender tool? It's with an intuitive user interface, you can use the same CSV file as prepared, and should be more robust.
No I've not had a chance to try the Java version. I will have to refer to my IT department as I have no idea about JRE/JDK and how to get it installed on my laptop.

You can download the JDK 8 from Oracle's official website:
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase/javase-jdk8-downloads.html
(Oracle recently requires to register an account before downloading)
