Intermittent connection error

We are getting an intermittent service connection error when generating tokens,  do you have any ideas what would cause this issue?

Hi Mike,

 

Which environment and which API endpoint are you testing with? Also, have you got a ticket number reporting this to support team?

It is our "prod" environment/account with https://apps.e-signlive.ca endpoint.

We've been told Intermittent HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error will be corrected in 11.38 release Dec 1st 2020.
