Size(width) of one span Document

0 votes

Hello team,

I have to show the one span document in an iFrame of width 615px. But the One-span document I get has big margins around it. How can I tweak the document width as per my iframe size.? What's the best way to it in minimal steps?

Hi Jason,

Any possible to provide a screenshot so that I can better understand your scenario?

hey Duo,

The issue is with the document image..

1) The document image (where the real content) is too big (width is 702px)

2) The <main> HTML tag of the document has width of 920px.

3) Since the size(read width) of the document is too big the horizontal scrollbar come in iframe.

Desired behavior

a) I want to show the document with no Horizontal scrollbar.

b) There should be no empty space in the document at the header.

Please assit!

I see.

The easiest solution is to enable New Signer Experience, where provides signers the native responsive experience across all devices.

And for classic signing ceremony, I have a blog "Responsive iFrame in HTML Page" showcases you how to make the iFrame content responsive, it's actually a more general solution not limited to OneSpan Sign.
