NSE - Custom logo is not working

I sent a support ticket in on this topic but I haven't heard anything from them. I've noticed that the custom logo I am sending in the package creation json is not being set. It does not throw any errors or anything. When we go into the signing link, we are seeing the custom eClosePlus logo that we have set on our account and we do not want to use this.
So my question is this. Is there a way to force this to work like it did in the previous signing experience or to turn it off period.

As you have experienced, this is a known limitation that New Signer Experience signer logo now is per language instead of per package setting.
Since you mentioned about turning the logo off, not sure if you've noticed, but the logo won't be displayed if the NSE was accessed in an iFrame mode.
In future, you can create different sub-accounts within your master account on the basis of departments, lines of business or use cases, with different rebranding. However, so far the subaccount feature still doesn't function very well if you have integrations.

Friday, June 11, 2021 at 09:35amThe original purpose of this design is to allow you provide different localized signing logo. If you log onto the sender portal as admin user > Expand "Admin" tab > "Signing" > you can upload signing logos for different languages.

Unfortunately, I didn't find a way to make the logo settings in package JSON take effect in New Signer Experience. Please fill in a support ticket and report this inconsistence to R&D team.

Just confirmed with project management team and like I stated above, the New Signer Experience has account level logo only and the branding bar (settings > ceremony > layout > brandingBar) is no longer supported in New Signer Experience as documented in "Our New Signer Experience".
