Downloading Signed Documents

Hello

I followed the guide for downloading signed documents from this https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/feature-guides/developer/downloading-documents


I was able to download the zip file but I cannot open the pdf file in it. It says permission denied. I'm not sure why.

Thanks for the information! It's a bit surprised that the downloaded documents can be extracted and opened correctly at my side. Could you try to open the PDF with another PDF viewer or another laptop?
