Best way to make a large terms and conditions documents available to signers

0 votes

Hi, in my paper process, I a have terms and conditions pamphlet I hand out after some signings.

What is the best way to make this same information available for my electronic signers? I do not want a large PDF that I need to attach to every signing ceremony nor do I want my signer think they need to review it prior to signing. I only have terms and conditions for some signing ceremonies, not all of them.

Thanks

Hi King,

It's very nice to hear from you! If the terms and conditions is not for signing purpose, you can consider to host the PDF online and present the link in the email.complete or thank you summary page. However you mentioned the terms and conditions is only for certain transactions:

-if you have subaccount feature enabled for your account, you can create a subaccount exclusive for this signing scenario

-if you don't have subaccount, the only way is to customize the package/signer message as a dynamic parameter ($PACKAGE_MESSAGE;) passing into the email.complete template, check my blog below:
