Setting up MyHealth Demo

To complete the MyHealth Demo use case scenarios, you need to prepare the MyHealth Demo environment.

Before you begin

Setting up MyHealth Demo

Configuring MyHealth Demo

  1. On the MyHealth Demo website click the Settings icon.

  2. Configure the general demo settings in the General tab:

    1. Select Display Error Popups if you want error messages to be displayed.
    2. Select Display Settings Ribbon if you want the settings ribbon to be displayed, which contains the tenant ID and the fingerprint currently being used in the demo.
    3. Select Display Intelligent Adaptive Authentication to enable authentication using Intelligent Adaptive Authentication.
    4. Select Display OneSpan Sign to enable OneSpan Sign.
  3. Configure the TID settings in the TrustedIDentity tab:

    1. In the Trusted Identity Developers Tenant ID field, specify your TID sandbox user name. The user name is case-sensitive.
    2. Change the PC fingerprint. Type the value manually or click the Generate button.

Entering a fingerprint will cause the Risk Analytics back-end service to identify this web browser as a new device and to trigger any rule associated with it.

There is no limit to the size of the fingerprint value.

  4. Click Save. Your settings are added to the MyHealth Demo website URL.

After saving any settings, update your bookmark to ensure you will not have to change the settings again.

Administrating MyHealth Demo user data

You can administrate your local users on the Admin Page of the MyHealth Demo website. This page contains the data of all users registered with the local computer.

You can register and activate multiple users per web browser. Some functionality is limited when more than one user is registered and flagged as activated on the same computer in the same web browser.

Users are created as a cookie locally. Deleting your cookies will delete the user locally but not remotely. Avoid deleting your web browser cookies manually.

If no users are registered, the Admin Page will be empty.

For an overview of the user data available on the Admin Page, see Admin page fields.

Administrating your MyHealth Demo data

  1. On the MyHealth Demo website click the Settings icon.

  2. Click Click here to go to the site admin page.
  3. View, edit, or delete user data:
    • To view information about a particular account, select the account or click the account's email address.
    • Fields are editable for advanced users.

Signing up to gravatar.com

Gravatar is a service allowing you to create a globally unique avatar image that follows you across multiple sites to identify your posts.

You can sign up with the email address used to register with the Community Portal.

You can also register multiple email addresses with one account. Each email address can be associated with a different avatar/image.

During sign-up and when viewing account details on the MyHealth Demo website, the first name, the last name, and the image are retrieved from gravatar.com.

Additional considerations

For best results with the MyHealth Demo website and the OneSpan TID IAA Mobile Demo App, follow these recommendations:

  • Use Google Chrome to show the MyHealth Demo website.
  • For the OneSpan TID IAA Mobile Demo App, to display it on a screen, there are multiple options:

    • APowerMirror: A third-party application that you can use with Android and iOS devices. For best results, connect the mobile phone to the PC via a USB cord. The computer and the mobile phone can be on the same WiFi connection.

This is the recommended solution for Android and iOS (https://www.apowersoft.com/phone-mirror)

    • TeamViewer: A third-party application that you can use with Android and iOS devices (not all features work on iOS). Before you can use it, you need to create a TeamViewer account. Both the computer and the mobile phone must have internet connection (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/ios/)
    • AirPlay (iOS only): AirPlay is supported by newer TVs and TV consoles (like Apple TV). This option will not show the OneSpan TID IAA Mobile Demo App and the web browser at the same time.

If you are on a Mac, AirPlay can be used alongside your web browser.

    • ChromeCast (Android only): ChromeCast is supported by newer TVs and TV consoles (like Amazon FireTV or Google ChromeCast). This option will not show the OneSpan TID IAA Mobile Demo App and the web browser at the same time.
