Licensing requirements
In order for Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon to work with OneSpan Authentication Server, you need to install adequate server and client licenses.
OneSpan Authentication Server license
Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon must be enabled in the license for OneSpan Authentication Server. In environments with multiple OneSpan Authentication Server instances, a license supporting Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon is required for every server instance.
You can load a license that supports Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon during OneSpan Authentication Server installation, or later at any time using the OneSpan Authentication Server Administration Web Interface.
OneSpan Authentication Server must be upgraded to version 3.14 or later before installing the licenses for Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon 2.x or later.
Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon client license
You need to obtain a Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon client license via the OneSpan Customer Portal, and then add it to the Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon default client record via the Administration Web Interface. With multiple OneSpan Authentication Server instances and a shared database, it is sufficient to perform this step on one server instance.
The Digipass Authentication for Windows Logon client license must contain the IP address of OneSpan Authentication Server. In a multi-server environment, this is the IP address of one licensed server instance.
