Mobile CDDC data

When sending mobile events to Risk Analytics, mobile CDDC data must be included. This data from the mobile CDDC message is not created by a component bundled with Risk Analytics but comes from the Client Device Data Collector SDK, which is part of OneSpan Mobile Security Suite.
