Is there any specific configuration required for setting up callbacks, like firewall setting or enabling a port. We are working in closed network inside the customers premise.
Regards
Surya
No special port setup is required. Once you have set up your callback URL in eSignLive and subscribed to one or more notifications, you shouldn't have to do anything else except maybe white list the eSignLive IP addresses, if you haven't done so already. I believe the IP address that the callbacks come from is the same as the application IP addresses, but I'll double check on that.
Are you having issues getting callbacks?

Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 04:02amIf you're currently able to make requests with the API/SDK to eSignLive, you likely won't have to do anything, but if you run into issues, this post will tell you the IP addresses that sandbox.esignlive.com uses: https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/guides/quick-start-guides/developer/environment-urls-ip-addresses#aanchor88
