CloudFlare IP ban?

Some of our overseas developers cannot call the sandbox API anymore, it says that the CloudFlare has banned their IP.
Is there anything that can be done to address this?

Could you report this issue to our support team ([email protected]) with a bit more background information? For example:
1. Which Sandbox environment are you developing with? What's your account email?
2. What's the exact error message? Is it in JSON format or HTML format?
3. Is it IP related and only failed for overseas developers?
4. Are you using SDK or RESTful HTTP client? Are you authenticating the APIs with API Key or API Token?
5. Did it fail with certain API endpoint? Have you enabled 2 way SSL?
