Copy tool with API key not working

I downloaded copy tool v1.6.2, and when I use "With API KEY" for both source and target, I got 401 error see attachment, but if I use "With credentials" and it's working fine. any idea why it's failed with API key?

I believe both of your source and destination account has configured MTLS, which needs to carry the client certificate while invoking the API. However the community tools don't have this ability by default.
