Creating signatures all pages at once

I am creating the signatures and we have 50 - 100 pages contracts. I need to be able to create e-signature and initials for multiply recipients, and I would like to do it one time per recipient.
Right now I had to copy each signature field and each initial field for each page, for each recipient. It took me a very long time.
I would like to know if there is an option to click where it will automatically copy the fields on all pages?
Or do I need to create a template for that?
I also don't know how to create a template.

Thanks for your post!
Once you have finished design for a document, you can save the fields as a layout, which can be applied to subsequent transactions with the same document. Check below video:

In order to facilitate the design process, you can try using the short cuts:
-On page 1, press shift and multi-select the signatures and initials to copy. Fields will be outlined if they are multi-selected
-Once multi-selected, press Ctrl+C
-Don't click on anywhere else, scroll down to page 2 and press Ctrl+V. The fields might not appear at the exact same location, but we will adjust the field location afterwards.
-Replicate the above step and copy the fields to all pages. Don't click on anywhere else during the process, otherwise it will cancel the multi-selection.
-Walk through all pages and adjust the fields if they are not properly placed.
