Is customer email address mandatory to start an eSign transaction.
What if I need signature of a customer who does not have an email address?

Hi Seemas,
The minimum required to add a signer in a transaction is: first name, last name, and email address. If your customer doesn't have an email address, then you can use a dummy email address that you have access to.
