Default OSS Session to always be in-person?
Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 04:56pmUse case: we have situation where the client is ALWAYS going to be doing in-house, in-person signings.
Documents are produced from their Enterprise App with embedded text tags, and sent to OSS via the print driver.
Is there any means to ensure that the sessions which are started default to in-person signing?
I know we could train them, but I just don't like leaving it up to the users.

Given the descriptions you provided, I think you can contact support team ([email protected]) and turn on the in-person flag by default in your account settings. In that way, you will have in-person sessions for all transactions created from print driver. After the sender clicked "SEND" in designer, a confirm message will be prompted with "Do you want to start signing?" which leads the user to kick off the signing ceremony.
