Disable email notification for an signer

]
but the email is always sent. I use php for my project.

"Roles" > "Signers" > "delivery" > "email":true/false only determines if the signed documents will be attached to the completion email as an attachment. And unfortunately, there's temporary no way to disable email notifications for a particular signer - the email templates, e.g. "email.activate", have to either be sent to all signers, or be suppressed at account level and removed for all signers all packages.
There are already existing Enhancement Requests asking for more granular control over which email is sent to which signers, I can definitely vote on behalf of your organization in the roadmap system.
