After a signing has been completed, I call eslClient.DownloadOriginalDocument and it correctly returns the original unsigned document. However, when I call eslClient.DownloadDocument, it returns the original unsigned document instead of returning the signed document. I have verified that I am using the correct package ID and document ID. Please advise.

Yes. To download the signed version of the document, the package would have to be in COMPLETE (or ARCHIVED) status. Let me know if you still have issues after this. I'll take a closer look.

Does the document package need to be marked complete in order to be able to download the signed document?

It worked after I marked the package completed. Thanks.

We are facing the same issue. In previous versions, we were able to download a flattened, signed pdf document after the DOCUMENT was signed. It seems that this functionality has been removed. The Sandbox signing screens also have a download link which downloads the unsigned doc, even if the doc has been signed / partially signed. We miss this feature, can we have it back? thanks, =maina)

mainad, Are you sure the document is completed? If you have your packages set to not auto complete, you would have to mark the document complete before it would be officially completed and available for download. You might look into this. Let me know.
