duplicate data entered into textbox fields into another field

0 votes

I am using this for employment application.  There are several pages on it that I need to have their name printed on it.  Is there a way to duplicate data entered in first textbox into another textbox further down?  (i.e.  First Name, Last Name.)

I see the conditional logic to enable a field, but not to put data in a field.

Hello,

With the current setup, text fields need to be filled in individually.OneSpan Sign does offer "Signer Name" fields. However, for your scenario, an alternative will be to pre-fill a field and duplicate it. Here are the steps:
1. Add a text field for Signer 1's Last Name.
2. Fill in the "Default Value"(in this case Last Name for Signer 1) for the Text Field and you can duplicate these fields by clicking the ellipsis(as highlighted in the screenshot) when necessary. Or Copy a field(Ctrl+c) and paste it(Ctrl+v).

The same can be repeated for Text fields where the Last Name needs to be filled in.

Please let me know if you have any questions for me.

Thank you

Thank you for your reply.

That only works for the default if everybody last name is the same as it always puts that default in there.

I am also trying the sandbox fast track version.  Is there a way that when it prompts for name, that it could use this information and carry over into the e-Sign?  See attached.
