Thanks for your post! From a previous ticket, it suggests the 500 error might be happened at your callback server, two questions:
- Is your callback listener expecting a callback request with name of "EMAIL_BOUNCE" and message of "OOTO" and returning 200 response?
- If you resent invitation to this signer, will you consistently receive this callback failure email?
