Email Journalling

0 votes

Hi

Just checking if there is any new techniques for email journalling.

We are in an industry that requires a record to be kept for each email communications. For the email originating in OneSpan SIgn accounts, we leverage the email templates to include a BCC to an email address to our inbox and we archive the content of this inbox. This solution works and satisfy the requirements.

The issue is that as the volumes of eSign transaction increases, the inbox is filling up faster that our tools can delete them. We are now using multiple BCC email address to distribute the email volumes, put this means there are more email inbox to manage.

Are there any other options for journalling emails that originate from an OneSpan Sign account besides using a BCC.

Hi King, we are creating multiple mailboxes and have a 3 day archiving process to deal with the volumes but yes we'd like to know what other OneSpan customers might be doing.

Any update on email journaling instead of multiple email boxes with archiving rules?
