Enabling admin to see all sender transactions

0 votes

We would like to have multiple senders creating and sending transaction. But we want one or more accounts to be able to see all the transaction that are in draft, completed or in-progress for all senders.  These user would be used as quality control and audit to ensure all required transaction get created and completed.

Looks like the default is that a sender (even if they are the owner) can only see transaction they created and/or are a signer in.

Hi dsmith,

OneSpan Sign offers a feature "Delegation" gives you the ability to delegate senders access to another sender.

To do so, first you'd contact our support team to have this feature enabled at your account.

The delegation can be granted from both the account owner's portal or each sender's portal.

(1)From account owner's portal:

Hit "Admin" dropdown > Choose "Senders" > At the end of each signer's line, choose the "Action" > open the "Assign Delegates" panel > choose delegates from the drop down

3-31-3

(2)From each sender's portal:

Then in your sender's portal, click the head icon on top right > choose "My Account" > Select "Access Delegation" in the "Settings" section > choose the auditor from the drop down.

3-31-1

(3)Navigate to the auditor's portal, a "Manage Delegation" button has been added to the right top of the screen which allows you to browse to delegator's portal.

3-31-2

Hi dsmith,

Sorry if I confused you, if sender A assign delegates to sender B, B get access to A's portal. In your scenario, I understood that B is the auditor. (Auditor is not really a role in OSS system)
