The cause of this 500 error (a general error) could vary. Sometimes it's because of the design of the package itself, in which case, you should experienced a continuous issue when confirming this particular document. If you can share the package ID, and explained a bit about how you create this package (through UI or API, what's the input JSON), I could help you check the account settings against the package JSON to see if there's something obvious.
