Evidence Summary not being received due to 10MB size limit

You do have a 2021 enhancement request that is on your priority list to increase the MB size.  however in the meantime we are having issues with the ES not being emailed.  We've sent out numerous communications to tell our users to always use their Dashboard. 

We were going to modify the email.complete to add a section for the sender but because this email also goes to the signer that is not an option.

Any suggestions on how to get something in the face of our Senders about always using their dashboard to download the ES?

Hi Lori,

 

If you are delivering evidence summary through "email.evidence.summary", you can customize the email content with something like "if you are not seeing Evidence Summay being attached in this email, navigate to your dashboard (https://apps.esignlive.com) and download from there instead."

Or instead of CC sender in the "email.complete", you can contact support team and turn on "email.transaction.email" template which sends a singular completion email for the package sender.

So on the email.complete instead of the name of the sender on the CC we can turn on the email.transaction email which we can customize which would direct the user to their Dashboard.  Do I understand correctly.

Yes, "email.transaction.complete" is a separate template which only sends to sender.
