Facing Some Issues with Core i5 Laptop and OneSpan Product. Any Advice?

Hello everyone,

I’m currently experiencing some issues with my core i5 laptop while using OneSpan, and I’m looking for any advice or recommendations.

Details:

  • Laptop Specs: Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD.
  • OneSpan Product: OneSpan Sign (Version 6.3)

The Issues:

  1. Performance Lag: The laptop becomes slow and unresponsive when handling large document signing processes in OneSpan Sign.
  2. Browser Compatibility: Encountering issues with the product’s interface when used in different browsers; some features don’t load properly.
  3. Error Messages: Frequent connection and verification errors pop up while using OneSpan Sign.

Steps Taken:

  • Cleared cache and cookies in the browsers.
  • Tried adjusting the system settings for better performance.
  • Reinstalled the application, but the issues persist.

Has anyone else faced similar problems with OneSpan Sign on a core i5 laptop? Any advice on how to improve performance or resolve compatibility issues would be greatly appreciated.
