Flag package for future analysis

Hello, I have a scenario that I would like to flag a package for future assessment from a third party individual. There is any way to add information to a package using REST API but is not present in any document, just behind the scene, like a metadata? If there is anyway, this would work also for packages in completed status? Regards, Felipe
