Force New Signature for each Document
Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 10:42amThe default behavior is to use the same signature across the entire signing session. One of our clients demands the user provide a signature for each document. We plan to use mouse-signing. Is it possible to force this behavior thru the API? Would we be able to configure this behavior at the package-level so only this client's packages would behave this way?

What you experienced is the default behavior in OneSpan Sign - signers will only be asked to draw their signature once and any subsequent signatures will be automatically replicated by the first drawn signature.
However, you can force new signature for each document using feature "Enforce Capture Signature", this is an attribute available both at package and signature levels, check the Enforce Capture Signature Guide for more details.
