Installation Script information for the Required Databases need the Scripts Where are they located at?

I am needing the SQL Sripts that are referenced in the Database install. I can not seem to locate the ESL.SP. DB.SQL. Scripts, as I need to give detailed instructions to our DBA TEAM.

Does anyone know where the Scripts are located at, or do they have them available for me to get a copy of them?
