Laserfiche Workflow: Customizing OneSpan email that is sent to signers

I am using the LF Workflow extension to request signatures on documents.  When the workflow successfully downloads the documents and stores them in the LF repository I am sending a follow-up email to the users in the original Forms process with a link to the stored document. 

As such, I would like to have the ability to designate which participants in the OSS process get emails from OneSpan and which do not get those emails.  Or, alternatively, I would like to edit the email so it lets the participants internal to my company know that they will be receiving another email from Laserfiche Workflow with a link to the stored document. 

Would it be possible to do either of these?
