Message to all recipients

We are an on prem installation running version 7.2.  We have integrated with OneSpan using the .Net SDK.  My question is how large is the message for all recipients field on the package?   We don't want to allow users to enter a longer message in our UX than what is supported on the OneSpan side.

Hi Tricia,

 

From the best of my knowledge, the limitation for both the package level and signer level messages is 1024 characters. Hope this answers your question!
