Notifications (auto and manual)

Hi Silanis team- I have a Sandbox account with notifications disabled. The way we create packages is one document at a time. We need to "activate" / Send the package after each document is added (we do not know how many total docs we'll receive). Naturally, we do not want to send email/sms each time we add a document, but would like to use the explicit API to trigger Signer notification. Also, with notifications turned OFF, the "Send to Mobile device" button on the signature does not function (doesn't send anything), so we would need to disable it. Is there a way to configure an account to turn auto-notifications OFF, yet still allow explicit notifications to be triggered through the API? thanks! =maina)

With your all your email notifications turned off, you can still manually send the email notification to your signer with the eSignLive client: eslClient.PackageService.NotifySigner( new PackageId( "myPackageId" ), "[email protected]", "Custom message" ). Also, for the "Send to Mobile device" notification, you can contact support to enable notifications for this feature specifically.

Hi Haris- we don't get any notification when calling the API either. Should i contact support to get the notification level adjusted?
