OneSpan integration with Laserfiche Cloud

0 votes

We are installing the OneSpan integration with Laserfiche Cloud and need some technical help.

We are at Step 6:  "Generate Configuration File" (See attached screenshot) and we need to supply the credentials for both OneSpan and Laserfiche.  We have 2 questions:

  1. For the respective Account Credentials should we use a Service Account or should we be using a User Account?
  2. We are requested to supply a server name for Laserfiche, but this is a Cloud based service - how do we find the server name?

Hello,

You will be able to use any of the Laserfiche Cloud Users that you have.

For the server name and repository name, please go to "Repository Administration" from the main menu.

You will find the repository id. Please build the server name and repository name as following -

Server Name = Your_Repository_Id.laserfiche.com

Repository Name = Your_Repository_Id.laserfiche.com

Thanks,

Moshiur Reza

Thank you for your response.  My follow up question:  If I set this up using a User Account for OneSpan, does that mean that only that one user will be able to send to OneSpan for signing?  Is it possible to set up a generic Service Account that can be used to access OneSpan?

Thanks,

Hello! Looks like you're enjoying the discussion, but haven't signed up for an account.
