extracting evidence pdf and html

Hi, We have an onsite installation of esignlive and ewitness esl api shows following version at /api/sysinfo { "schema": "16.10.4", "version": "16.6.16", "timestamp": "2017-12-12 23:32+0000" } I'm attempting to extract the full evidence pdf and html via both the e‐Witness™ UI "Export the Archive in PDF" and the "Export the Archive in HTML" function as well as via the /evidence/api/v2/{guid}/{format}/{compress} rest endpoint call While the e‐Witness™ UI displays the evidence, both the UI "Export the Archive in PDF" and the "Export the Archive in HTML" and rest endpoint are returning only the frame with the logo without document content. (the extracted pdf/html samples were too big to attach, let me if they can be sent by email) Could you help provide instructions on how to go about extracting the full pdf and html evidence files? Thank you
