Package sender notification

In previous versions of OneSpan Sign, package owner receives multiple copies of completion email because the sender is CC’d on the confirmation emails sent to each signer. However since version 11.30, OneSpan Sign introduces a separate and singular email template called "email.transaction.complete". 

In order to leverage this email template, contact support team ([email protected]) and ask for turning on this email template, and don't forget to remove the sender from the CC list.

Is it also possible to not notify the sender at all ?

Yes, then simply remove the sender from the CC list.

The sender is not in the CC list.  I have 3 signers and 3 CarbonCopies in my workflow and the sender says he is getting 6 emails.

The sender is setup as one of the signers.  I am trying to figure out why the sender is getting so many emails.
