pdf size increased dramatically after signature

After signatures, my pdf size is increased a lot. For example, before taking signatures, my pdf size is 541 kb. But after signatures, the pdf file size in 1.94 Mb. What are the reasons behind this and how can we reduce the size? Because our application does not support more than 1 Mb.

Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 08:58amHi engg_nayan, In most cases, the pdf size won't increase that much. From my test, usually it increases about 100 kb depends on how many form fields you have. Could you send your document and package id to [email protected] so that I can have a look at that? And another workaround is, you can download the flatten version document as they can save space on disk. Please check the previous post. For long term access to documents, we recommend to our customers that they store the document and evidence summary for each transaction in their own system. But they can still have direct access from OSS with a download link as long as they want. Hope this reply could help you!
