Signer can't reassign despite "Change Signer" feature already active.

Hi everyone,

Signer #1 already signed the contract, and waiting for Signer #2 to sign the contract.

However, Signer #2 is no longer in the role and is supposed to assign the Signer #3 (taking over the role of Signer #2) to sign the document.

Right now, Signer #2 open the More Actions, and there is no "Assign to Someone Else" option (only "Decline to Sign" option).

Can someone advise how to handle the issue, please?

Hello,
To review this further, please provide the transactionID.

Steps to get package ID

1- Login to your OneSpan Sign account.
2- Click on/Open the transaction for which you have the issue and want to obtain the transactionID.
3- Copy the complete URL (link in the address bar) and send it to us.
