Unable to e-sign with aadhaar number

Hey Rajesh, In a quick test with the document you sent me, I was able to load it to OneSpan Sign. What exactly is the error you're getting when you attempt to upload?

Sorry. I didn't notice in the title you mentioned the Aadhaar number. Are you able to sign other documents? Or is it specific to the one you sent me? Can you explain the process you are going through to sign with Aadhaar numbers? Thanks,

Can you give more detail on the process. I'm not sure exactly how you're trying to sign with this number/card and I don't know 100% if we officially support what you're trying to do. So, if you can provide more information, that would be great!
